The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) has spotlighted Europe’s valuable lessons for strengthening judicial integrity in its latest release: “A European Perspective on Good Practices in Judicial Disciplinary Bodies.” The article emphasizes that disciplinary procedures for judges, when well-structured and fair, are essential for upholding an independent, accountable judiciary.
