On February 28th, Mr. Van Osch (delegate of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtspraak and IAJ representative at the HccH) gave an extensive interview to the Dutch national radio.
The discussion began with the Nobel Prize nomination of the International Association of Judges (IAJ) and then focused primarily on the state of the Rule of Law in the Netherlands and abroad.
The interview provided an opportunity to highlight current challenges to judicial independence and the importance of safeguarding the Rule of Law at both national and international levels.
