The IBA Group has issued a statement in defence of the right of association and freedom of expression of judges in Peru.
The National Council of Justice of that country (JNJ) has launched a preliminary investigation against the current President of the Asociación Nacional de Magistrados del Perú , Judge Oswaldo Ordoñez, for alleged bias in a case under his jurisdiction.
