The Association of Greek Judges and Prosecutors has issued a statement expressing solidarity with the Italian National Association of Judges (ANM) ahead of the upcoming constitutional referendum on justice in Italy.
The Greek colleagues recall the historical role of the Italian judiciary in promoting judicial independence and reaffirm that safeguarding the independence and unity of the judiciary is a shared responsibility of all European judges.
