On April 14 2023, in San José, Costa Rica, on the occasion of its annual meeting, the Ibero American Group (IBA) issued a declaration where it condemns the attacks against the Judiciary of some Iberoamerican countries by the Executive Power and expresses the need to adopt minimum security protocols for the protection of judges.
