The IAJ Presidency Committee is a working group comprising the President and six Vice Presidents (plus the last Honorary President, who has a consultative vote only).

The IAJ Presidency Committee meets twice a year to discuss administrative decisions pertaining to the day-to-day affairs of the IAJ. The necessary technical support is provided by the Secretariat-General, which is the executive agency of the Association.
