Council of Europe’ CEPEJ adopts first European Ethical Charter on the use of artificial intelligence in judicial systems

In the framework of its 31^st plenary meeting (Strasbourg, 3 and 4 December, 2018), the  European Commission for the efficiency of justice (CEPEJ) adopted the first European text defining the ethical framework for the use of artificial intelligence in judicial systems.

Secretary-General Mr Giacomo Oberto, President of the SATURN Working Group of the CEPEJ, attended the meeting also on behalf of IAJ and EAJ
