Meeting of the IBA Group of the IAJ in Sao Paulo

On 30^th May, 2022, in Sao Paulo (Brazil) the mid-year meeting of the Ibero American Group of the IAJ started. In attendance were 19 member associations from Latin American countries. The meeting took place under the presidency of Mr Walter Barone (Brazil), with the attendance of the Secretary-General of the IAJ Mr Giacomo Oberto and of the Deputy Secretary-General Mr Galileo D’Agostino. The meeting deals with current problems of the judiciary in Latin America; an international conference on the protection of human rights and of judicial independence in Latin America took place.
