On 20th March, 2024, the 4 main European Associations of Judges (Association of European Administrative Judges, AEAJ; the European Association of Judges, EAJ; Judges for Judges and Magistrates Européens pour la Démocratie et les Libertés, MEDEL), signed a letter on the situation of the judiciary in Bulgaria.
The letter was sent to Ms. Dunja Mijatović, Commissioner for Human Rights (CoE) and to Mr. Didier Reynders, European Commissioner for Justice.
