We gather here the results of surveys made at the initiative of National Associations among IAJ Member Associations

- European Commission study on the application of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters
- Evaluation of the Council of Europe Independence and Efficiency of Justice Sub-programme – EAJ Survey Invitation (2022/23)
- EAJ Survey on Limitations for submissions in civil lawsuits (2022)
- HccH: in view of the discussion in Den Haag, in March 2019, on the draft for the Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in civil and commercial cases, the so called Judgment project, the following question was spread among the IAJ members:
–how you as national judges think about this Convention and especially the question that is now raised about the possible exclusion of anti-trust matters from the Convention as reflected in Article 2(1) (p) of the draft Convention (see the document dd. December 2th 2018 about this subject and the Explanatory Report sub 61-62). Please note that also IP rights and Privacy rights are excluded (sub 55-57). - Israel inquiry about judicial education and training on the issues of Gender Violence, Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence and Gender discrimination
